A life-long resident of Tulsa, Suzy Stewart is familiar with residential, commercial, leasing, and new construction listings in all of Tulsa and its surrounding communities. She graduated from Oklahoma State University with her Bachelor of Arts Degree in Psychology.
Suzy brings a lifetime of experience in Real Estate to her clients today. She grew up with a Real Estate Broker mother who took her along to show houses from the time she was a small child. Her father built apartment complexes all over the country, exposing her to the ins and outs of new construction. She married her college sweetheart who spent the first 32 years of their married life in Commercial Real Estate, with her working side-by-side with him, learning the business. “My first-hand knowledge and experience have made me savvy in all aspects of Real Estate,” Suzy says. “I don’t remember a time not being involved in one way or another.”
A full-time, full-service agent since 2003, Suzy began her career in real estate working in leasing for two years before joining a team at another brokerage, where she worked for the next 16 years. She is the recipient of the Most Increased Business in One Year award after increasing her sales volume by 225%.
Suzy brings necessary skills to her buyers and sellers including expertise in pricing, negotiation, staging, and marketing. But possibly the most valuable tool she offers is her repertoire of contacts from a life spent in the Tulsa area. “I know thousands of people in Tulsa,” she explains. “I have developed relationships with people in all aspects of real estate. I believe in making friends on both sides of the deal and don’t believe in burning bridges.”
Suzy comes from three generations of people who have been active in the development and philanthropic history of Tulsa. She is passionate about this community and is active in the Jenks Rotary Club, the Tulsa Opera Guild, and Tri Delta. She participates in fundraising functions for St. Jude’s, Puppy Haven Dog Rescue, and the Red Cross. “My Tulsa roots run deep. My love for this town and the Metro area have been passed down to me for generations and I try my best to continue on with their wonderful legacies.”
